I`m looking for someone who can do a cheilectomy and soft tissue decompression for a stage 2 Hallux Rigidus, north of the border. I guess there are no Podiatric Surgeons working in the NHS in Scotland so an Orthopod will probably be the only route. Any recommendation would be welcome, someone who is not going to attempt heroic surgery to prove how clever they are but one who works on the principle of ‘less is more’.
