Accessory Navicular Syndrome Success with Conservative Methods?

I was hoping to see if anyone (or knows someone) who has had success with conservative treatment methods for pain caused by accessory navicular syndrome? My 10 year old daughter is a competitive all star cheerleader and right now she’s at a very high skill level that requires a lot tumbling where she has to land with extreme force on her feet.

Big Toe, First and Second Metatarsal Pain

Hi – I started doing physical therapy for what my doctor believes in posterior tibial tendonitis. One of the exercises my PT has recommended is to do heel raises. I’ve noticed a really bad pain in my first and second metatarsal area – and to some extent my big toe – when I do the heel raises.
