Am looking for suggestions for management of this issue. I was born with flat-feet, spend many years working as a nurse (on my feet), as well as being an avid walker. Now, I am older, and am reaping the result of those factors, as well as creeping weight gain–partially due to the enforced lesser amount of activity from ankle pain
