Abstract: Metastases to the bones in the foot are extremely uncommon, occurring in approximately 0.01% of all metastatic bone disease. We describe a case of an 82-year-old female with a metastatic pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma lesion to the midfoot. This rare and aggressive pulmonary malignancy has a poor prognosis.
