The MBT Footwear

The toning shoes are becoming more popular these days and the most well known one is the MBT Shoes. They were first on the market and were designed with a rocker sole to increase the muscle effort needed to walk. This is claimed to get an extra workout and help you tone up more. Lab based studies have shown that they do achieve this, but there is no evidence from clinical outcome based studies that they actually achieve positive gains.
